We offer many services to support adults in all areas and stages of their life. From support in dealing with work stress, anxiety, depression and sexual abuse treatment, to dealing with addictions, anger, sexual identity issues, and grief and bereavement, we are able to offer therapy and support to enable adults to cope and flourish.

Many times an assessment whether for psycho-educational purposes (i.e. Learning Disabilities), Adult Attention Deficit Disorder with Hyperactivity (ADHD), emotional and personality issues or career aptitudes and interests can be the first step to lasting change.

In our work with couples, we offer couples and marital therapy, as well as sexual counselling, family violence issues, mediation and separation counselling.

Many of our clients are dealing with life change issues such as career transitions, aging parents, work/life balance and retirement. Once again, therapy and support around these issues leads to more positive and effective outcomes. It helps adults develop and maintain wellness.

Children Services

Children and adolescents are often negatively affected by situations related to their family, academic functioning and peer interactions. Some of these situations may include stress in the parental relationship; other stresses in their parents’ lives such as financial problems, illness and divorce, learning disabilities affecting school functioning and bullying and or rejection by peers. These can cause the child to experience low self-esteem, anxiety and or depression. If these issues are not dealt with early they may become more complicated and serious emotional problems with a profound effect on the individual throughout their lives.
